Supervision of Coaches

Whether you work as a coach within an organisation or as an external coach in private practice, coaching supervision gives you the time and space to reflect on yourself and how you work with your clients.

I work with coaches on a one to one basis and in small group supervision. Either way, the supervision process helps you to supervisee to reflect and develop as a coach and find new perspective on your practice. Supervision is always in service of the coaching client and to enable coaches to have more insight and awareness before their next session with a client.

In 2022 I published an article in Coaching at Work on the questions that supervisees bring to supervision, this might support you as you plan for your own supervision.

Coaching supervision is encouraged by all of the professional coaching bodies. Below there is more detail on the different types of supervision and how to book your supervision sessions.

I have been accredited by the EMCC as a supervisor since 2018, my ESIA is ESIA20180015 and is valid until October 2028. I am also accredited by Ashridge Hult.
